This role offers the chance to work on both new build and refurbishment schemes, providing commercial expertise from project inception through to completion. You'll be joining a highly respected consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke projects and building long-term client relationships. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Providing quantity surveying services across multiple projects. * Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation. * Managing procurement and contract administration. * Producing valuations, variations and final accounts. * Advising clients on cost, value and commercial risk. * Managing project budgets and financial reporting. * Supporting project delivery teams and stakeholders. * Administering JCT contracts and associated documentation. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Supporting junior team members where required.
