Service Advisor - Main Dealer
1. Location: Worcester
2. Basic: Circa £30,000
3. OTE: £36,000
4. Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00am – 18:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am – 15:00pm
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy main dealer operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual with previous main dealer experience looking to take the next step in their automotive career.

What you’ll be doing as a Service Advisor:
11. Checking vehicles onto site and managing customer arrivals
12. Allocating and checking loan vehicles in and out
13. Entering work accurately onto the dealer management system
14. Managing the progress of all workshop jobs
15. Liaising with customers throughout the repair process and providing updates
16. Completing full and accurate descriptions of all completed work
17. Deputising for the Service Manager during periods of holiday or absence
What we’re looking for from the Service Advisor:
18. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment is essential
19. Strong customer service and communication skills
20. Excellent organisational and time management abilities
21. Experience using dealer management systems
22. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
23. A professional and team-focused approach
