We are seeking a confident and experienced Transaction Manager to join the team at Marshall Hampshire to facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products.

In this role
You’ll facilitate the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and value‑added products, ensuring compliance with all FCA guidelines.
You’ll support the Sales Executives by providing expert advice and assistance in closing deals, appraising part exchanges, and guiding customers through their purchase journey.
You’ll lead by example, mentoring and developing your team to improve their performance and product knowledge, particularly around F&I.
You’ll manage performance reporting on finance and insurance, ensuring accurate tracking and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Someone with experience as a Transaction or Business Manager from a franchised automotive dealership, though we will consider a high-performing Sales Executive or Sales Controller ready to step up.
Someone with strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of F&I regulation and best practice.
Someone organized, a confident team leader who can inspire trust, coach effectively, and support a high-performance team.
Most importantly, someone who thrives in a customer‑focused, compliance-driven environment, and who’s ready to help others succeed while delivering great outcomes.
