We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support children within mainstream primary and secondary schools across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand classroom experience, develop your behaviour management skills, and make a real impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing.
The Role:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assisting children with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
* Encouraging pupils’ confidence, engagement, and social development
Ideal Candidate:
* Psychology graduates encouraged to apply

* Patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
