You will lead all aspects of factory operations, whilst at the same time seeking to continuously improve all manufacturing activities across the sites, coupled with a more structured approach to managing, measuring and controlling the manufacturing process.
Lead, develop and strengthen the existing management team, and introduce new ways of working to sites that are traditional in their outlook and culture. Develop and implement capital investment programmes to upgrade the production facilities and address the changing business environment.
Through your hands-on approach, you will play an active role in developing the efficiency and reliability of the sites, whilst ensuring the business is customer-led and performance driven. As such, you will have the opportunity to make a significant positive change to the business.

An advocate of continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing, you will be an adept people manager, coach and motivator, with experience in managing multi-site teams, with a hands-on approach to leadership. A strong communicator, and a positive agent of change, you will have the necessary cultural experience to develop an environment focused on delivery, efficiency, and excellence, and to thrive within an international organisation.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful, growing and ambitious manufacturer with a well-regarded brand, where you will have the autonomy to make a significant and positive contribution to its leadership, and ongoing development.
