* Handling additional tasks such as records management, legal aid admin, FOI/SAR requests, and complaint monitoring.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Strong working knowledge of case management systems (ideally iCasework) and a methodical, analytical mindset
* Great communication, mentoring, and coaching skills, with the ability to support and train others
* Experience working in a legal practice environment and understanding civil/criminal legal processes
* High attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to juggle competing demands
* Confidence with data analysis and creating reports to support decision-making
* Advanced IT skills and the discretion to handle sensitive information professionally.

For more details about this role and a full list of essential criteria and required competencies, please see the Job Description .

Completed applications should be returned by midnight on Sunday, 27 July 2025.
