Job Description

3. Manage and develop relationships with key wholesale clients to achieve sales targets: Wholesale Customers such as Planet Organic
4. Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutual profitability.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
8. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
9. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
10. Provide exceptional service to maintain and strengthen client loyalty.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Manager - Wholesale should have:

11. Proven experience managing key accounts within the FMCG industry.
12. A strong understanding of wholesale operations and sales processes.
13. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
14. The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
15. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
16. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
