Telesales Executive
Location: Blantyre, Glasgow (Onsite)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + uncapped commission
We're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join a growing commercial team based in Blantyre. This role is all about proactive outbound sales, lead generation and building an early‑stage pipeline. You'll be speaking with potential clients daily, qualifying opportunities and setting up deals for the wider sales function.

Responsibilities
* Proactively source and generate new leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
* Introduce products and services to potential clients and qualify interest
* Manage and update your own pipeline using a CRM system
* Book meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
* Work closely with marketing to feedback on lead quality and market trends
* Keep up to date with industry activity and competitor movement
* Hit daily, weekly and monthly activity and revenue KPIs
Requirements
* Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales or business development
* Confident making cold calls and handling objections professionally
* Target‑driven, resilient and commercially minded
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools
* Experience in financial or professional services is beneficial but not essential
* Full UK driving licence required
Working Pattern
* Monday to Thursday: 9am‑5pm
* Friday: 9am‑1pm (half day)
* No evenings or weekends
* Fully onsite role
