Senior Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Chobham, office-based
We're working with a Financial Planning firm based in Surrey, who are looking to appoint a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to oversee their growing administration team of 4 people.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in financial planning administration who is ready to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, high-performing business.
You'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth client servicing process, supporting Advisers, and maintaining the highest standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the administration team (4 people)
* Supporting the advisers with diary management, client communication, client meeting pre and post prep, annual review prep
* Updating the CRM system with client information
* Work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure excellent client outcomes
* New business submission and LOAs

Role Requirements
* Experience working in Financial Planning or Wealth Management in an Administrator position
* Strong understanding of financial products, particularly pensions and investments
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
