Sales Account Manager / Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor
Basic salary given (DOE) plus commission with a realistic OTE of £35K-£40K.

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time role based in Northamptonshire, within a small family-owned business. You will join an existing sales team of approximately 13 people and use your sales, customer service, and negotiating skills to grow revenue from various businesses.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact business owners to sell advertising space in monthly publications for schools and tourist pamphlets.
2. Price adverts, which could be as low as £350 for a small advert.
3. Negotiate and discuss artwork options.
4. Use your personality rather than scripts to gain business.
5. Proactively generate your own leads.
6. Receive full training, including induction, role play, and shadowing.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills and a desire to work within a professional sales environment.
* Proven experience in sales or relationship building, or a willingness to develop these skills. Previous experience in a similar role or a customer-focused position aiming to move into B2B sales is desirable.
* Drive and determination to deliver exceptional account management.
* Understanding of the sales cycle.
* Enjoy earning uncapped commission and financial rewards.
* Ability to liaise professionally with decision makers such as business owners, managers, and marketing professionals.
