Annual salary: up to £26,520.00 Facilities Support Administrator Maidstone, Turkey Mill – Office based Salary up to £26,520 per annum Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday Our Kent Facilities Management branch supports two major NHS Trusts in the Kent region. The branch is responsible for administering all activities related to delivering facilities management services across multiple buildings. Our purpose is to ensure these buildings are safe, compliant, and fully operational for their users. Some of our core repair and maintenance functions include – Gas, Electrical, Lifts, Water and General plumbing and building works. About the Role: Due to contract expansion, we are looking at hiring a Facilities Support Administrator to join our team in Maidstone. This role is office-based working alongside 3 other Administrators. As a Facilities Support Administrator, the main duties include: Providing administration and helpdesk support across the FM contract Creating quotations, ordering materials, and scheduling engineer workloads Managing communications with clients and responding promptly to requests and issues Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on a day-to-day basis Scheduling engineer’s diaries to ensure we are meeting Service Level Agreements and planning routes with a focus on economy and efficiency. These jobs include PPMs, repairs and Remedial tasks. Supporting management with administrative duties including: MCM system management Job closures and final document submissions. Operative diary management General office admin tasks Role Criteria: Extensive previous administrative experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team collaboration and self-motivation Excellent communication skills; confident liaising with clients, suppliers, field operatives, and management Customer service experience Full UK driving license All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
