What will you be doing at Miniclip?
1. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office activities and services.
2. Act as a first point of contact for employees’ enquiries, resolving routine issues and escalating when necessary.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring timely communication of itineraries and documentation.
4. Assist the Office Manager in maintaining a clean, organised, and functional office environment, including oversight of cleaning and maintenance teams.
5. Support the planning and delivery of office events, meetings, and celebrations, contributing creative ideas and helping coordinate logistics and materials.
6. Manage and track office supplies, branded materials, and promotional items, maintaining accurate inventory and coordinating orders with vendors.
7. Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, coordinating IT and facilities setup, and supporting orientation activities.
8. Help ensure compliance with workplace safety, tidiness, and maintenance standards in collaboration with the Office Manager and Workplace team.
9. Provide general administrative support including document handling, filing, scanning, and maintaining basic records and systems.
10. Coordinate with IT support to maintain office systems and equipment such as printers, phones, and shared devices.
11. Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee or company information.
12. Support ad hoc requests and administrative projects as assigned by the Workplace Services or Office Management teams.
