The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of this high-end office fit-out, from pre-construction and design coordination through to completion and client handover. The role requires a confident leader who can balance programme, quality, cost, and design intent while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven track record managing CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, ideally within high-end commercial or professional services environments.

Strong design and commercial awareness, with the ability to lead technical and aesthetic delivery.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
