Registered Nurse (nights) - Telford Hall Care Home
* Salary: £23.79 per hour
* Hours: 48 hours per week, 4 nights per week
* Shifts: 7pm – 7am

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night shift role? At Telford Hall Care Home, we are seeking passionate professionals to provide outstanding care while ensuring our residents feel safe and supported throughout the night. Nestled in the vibrant community of Lawley, Telford Hall is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing, palliative, and dementia care in a state-of-the-art setting. Our facilities include tranquil lounges, garden rooms, a cinema, and a tea room, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of each resident, supporting them in living a fulfilling life, even during the quiet hours of the night.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs.
* Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and reassured throughout the night.
* Administer medications and conduct health monitoring with diligence and care.
* Work closely with the night care team to maintain seamless continuity of care.
* Offer emotional support to residents, fostering a calm and peaceful environment.
* Mentor and support junior staff, helping them develop their skills.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN).
* Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centered care.
* Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach.
