Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in grounds maintenance.
* Good people management skills.
* Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
* Experience using a wide variety of small engine machinery.
* Good IT knowledge.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* PA1 & PA6 certification is desirable.
* Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation.
* Reliability, conscientiousness, and ability to work on own initiative.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in effective delivery of programmed maintenance.
* Take responsibility for works on site, including timekeeping, productivity arrangements for breaks, and dealing with members of the public, visitors, and deliveries.
* Proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
* Operate and ensure others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care; carry out daily checks and routine servicing, properly recorded.
* Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Supervisor.
