Pricing Lead
Majority Remote (occasional domestic travel) | Full-time | £80,000 base salary + 10-15% bonus
We’re working with a leading facilities and food services organisation seeking an experienced Pricing Lead to join their dynamic bid team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys shaping competitive, insight-driven pricing strategies.
The successful candidate will act as the commercial and pricing subject matter expert within bids — advising cross-functional teams to design cost-effective, compelling solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
The Role
As Pricing Lead, you’ll:
* Take ownership of pricing across a portfolio of bids — from single-service to complex integrated FM opportunities.
* Partner with business development, finance, operations, and subject matter experts to craft commercially sound solutions.
* Build and validate detailed pricing models, ensuring assumptions are transparent and justifiable.
* Coordinate cross-functional input, driving alignment and accuracy under tight deadlines.
* Provide strategic pricing guidance, challenge assumptions, and identify cost-saving or value-enhancing opportunities.
* Support commercial negotiations and ensure pricing integrity throughout the bid lifecycle.
* Contribute to continuous improvement in pricing methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Support transition and mobilisation planning for successful bids.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can combine analytical rigour with commercial acumen — and who’s comfortable influencing across multiple business areas.
You’ll bring:
* Strong pricing and financial modelling expertise, ideally within outsourcing, FM, or food services.
* Excellent Excel skills and the ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.
* Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a bid or commercial environment.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
* A proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented approach to work.
* Flexibility to meet bid deadlines and, where required, co-locate with teams.
* Full UK driving licence.
This is an opportunity to make a real commercial impact — helping to shape winning strategies and drive business growth in a market-leading organisation.
