Event Waitressing Staff (Temp)
Position is temporary for a single day event on Thursday 6th November 12:30 – 18:30pm, in Smethwick, West Midlands, England. This prestigious event seeks experienced event waitressing staff.
Work Details
Hours: 12:30–18:30pm. Pay rate: £13.00‑£15.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
* Assist with service of food and beverages, maintaining high standards.
* Set out tables and chairs as directed.
* Check and prepare for each service.
* Correctly handle, store, and clean all food service equipment as per work plans.
* Serve and replenish glasses, teas, and coffees.
* Help organise buffet and food platters, and clear up after service.
* Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
* Presentable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Previous waiting or hosting experience required.
* Experience with silver service or hosted events preferred.
* Must wear black trousers or skirt and a white shirt or blouse.
* Availability on Thursday 6th November is essential.
