Kenny Recruit is working with a fast-growing UK distribution business operating within convenience and vape sectors to find an ambitious Customer Growth Executive. Our client partners with independent retailers and convenience stores, supplying a broad and evolving portfolio of high-demand consumer products. Known for strong retail relationships, category expertise, and rapid growth, the business offers an agile, performance-driven sales environment. This is a fast-paced, office-based sales support role where you’ll work closely with Territory Account Managers to help grow and protect customer relationships across the UK. You’ll become part of a dedicated regional sales team, supporting field-based colleagues by reactivating dormant customers, converting registered non-buyers into active accounts and ensuring retailers continue to receive excellent service and support. You won’t be working alone. You’ll be part of a driven, energetic office-based team in Blackburn, all working together to create opportunities, drive activity and support growth across the business.
