Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy service function within an agricultural setting
* Lead, support and coordinate a team of operational staff
* Allocate and manage workloads to support efficiency
* Deal with customer enquiries and maintain positive relationships
* Monitor performance and support reporting requirements
* Ensure work is completed in line with agreed standards and procedures
* Handle internal staffing matters appropriately
* Maintain accurate records and general departmental administration
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, or a strong technical background as a technician looking to progress
* Background in a service or operational environment (agricultural sector advantageous, other industries considered but automotive not preferred)
* Strong technical experience with the ability to understand and support workshop/service operations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage people and workloads effectively
* Comfortable dealing with customers in a professional manner
* Some understanding of performance tracking or reporting
* Ability to remain calm and structured under pressure
* A proactive and practical approach to problem solving
