Property Manager Manchester (Hybrid) - £35-40k
Were working with a long established, highly regarded independent Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:
1. Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Manchester office 3 days per week (with the other 2 days working from home/site)
2. Youll bring 2 years previous block management experience, ideally gained within an independent setting (our client is non-corporate, focused on Manchester and would best suit those looking for the same)
3. Undertaking the full range of block management duties from budget setting to insurance provision, site inspection, contractor management and major works
4. Overseeing a compact, high quality, long retained and (most importantly) manageable portfolio of local blocks (numbering no more than 500 units), enabling a quality service and providing genuine work/life balance
5. Excellent Accounting and Administrative support, lightening the administrative load
