This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service supporting adults with mental health needs, trauma histories, and complex support requirements as they rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community.

About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a key role in:
• Supporting individuals with complex mental health needs using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support approaches
• Leading shifts and mentoring Support Workers
• Building strong, trusting relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
• Supporting with care planning, risk assessments, and goal setting
• Promoting independence through meaningful activities and daily living skills
• Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are maintained at all times
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in supporting people with mental health conditions (essential)
• Knowledgeable or interested in autism, behaviours that challenge or dementia (desirable)
• Calm, compassionate, and resilient
• A confident communicator and team player
• Able to lead by example and support others to grow
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
