About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Mental Health Care Division Administration Team.
The unit provides outpatient appointments and support for adults experiencing mental health issues. We offer flexible, responsive, and proactive integrated services to individuals with severe and complex mental and behavioral disorders.
Responsibilities
1. Provide a comprehensive Receptionist and Administrative service to a high standard.
2. Ensure excellent customer care across the reception areas within the Mental Health Care Services Division.
3. Maintain a professional telephone manner.
4. Work closely with teams, coordinating activities to ensure an efficient service with minimal supervision.
5. Operate with a flexible approach, maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with service user and staff information.
6. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Have experience with Typing/WP RSAII or equivalent, or equivalent work-based experience, and experience working in an office environment.
