We are a Wealth Management practice providing bespoke financial advice to individuals and businesses throughout the UK.
We are now looking to recruit an Administrator with financial planning experience. The successful candidate will provide technical and analytical support for the office team.
This is a full time Office based position - Based in Beckenham (South East London)
The Job:
Your duties will include:
Administration
* Provide technical and administrative support, respond to client enquiries, liaise with third parties and provide support at client meetings where appropriate
* Issuing letter of authorities (LOAs) to providers
* Chase financial institutions to provide requested information
* Telephone liaison with Administration Centres and Paraplanners
* Maintain and accurately update the CRM - using it to effectively manage the business workflow
* On board new clients to our company CRM
* Prepare client files for review meetings
* Provide regular status updates to clients regarding status of transfers, withdrawals amongst other things
* Complete illustrations and applications for new business
* Process New Business and chase through to completion
* Learn or have experience in writing Review letters/suitability letters
* Process Application forms
* Manage company compliance records
* Managing business pipeline
* Other adhoc duties
Some PA Duties
· Manage Partner/adviser diaries
· Manage and schedule client meetings
· Mailbox management
· Book Meeting Rooms
Oversee and manage the Practice's Annual Client Reviews, ensuring all client reviews are booked in within the required timeframes, and the required admin is completed within Salesforce, ensuring each review is fully compliant.
