Introduction
DevonPathways supports young people that are facing challenges within their educational journey and need additional support and a holistic approach to meet their needs. The Reintegration Support Worker will support young people who are struggling to engage with mainstream education due to emotional, behavioural, social, mental health, or family-related challenges. Working as part of the DevonPathways School Reintegration Programme, the post holder will provide consistent, trauma-informed, and relationship-led support to help young people successfully reconnect with education, improve emotional wellbeing, and build confidence and resilience.

Requirements and Qualifications
Alongside relevant experience, knowledge and skills, qualification requirements include a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in one or more of the following areas:

8. Social care.
9. Mental health.
10. Counselling.
11. Child development.
12. Family support
The role involves direct work with young people within schools, homes, and community settings, alongside close partnership working with families, schools, and external professionals.
