About You
1. First and foremost you will have proven bid writing experience, ideally within the rental/vehicle leasing industry
2. You naturally take a big-picture view and understand the commercial drivers behind every opportunity. You know how to position solutions to resonate with clients and strengthen competitive advantage
3. You’re comfortable navigating business systems, extracting insights from multiple data sources, and using advanced Microsoft Office tools to craft polished, impactful submissions.
4. From initial qualification to final submission, you understand the end-to-end process and know what it takes to produce compliant, compelling and high-scoring bids.
5. You work effectively with subject-matter experts, operational leaders and third-party partners, bringing people together to shape winning solutions and meet tight deadlines
6. You can point to real examples of your involvement in successful bid management or writing, demonstrating your ability to contribute to high-quality, persuasive proposals
7. You write with clarity, impact and purpose, adapting your tone to the audience and turning complex information into persuasive, client-focused narratives
8. You stay calm under pressure, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and maintain a strong focus on producing quality outputs that deliver results.
