We are looking for an ambitious Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Central London. The role can be structured as either a 180 delivery consultant or a 360 full desk consultant, depending on experience and preference.

The Role
As an FM Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting clients across the Facilities Management and Property Services sector.
Depending on the structure of your role, responsibilities may include:
360 Recruitment Consultant
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
* Building and developing relationships with clients across the FM sector
* Generating new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
* Managing client accounts and understanding hiring needs
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
180 Recruitment Consultant
* Working closely with senior consultants to deliver recruitment campaigns
* Sourcing and engaging high-quality FM candidates
* Screening and interviewing candidates
* Managing candidate pipelines and shortlists
* Coordinating interviews and offer processes
* Building long-term relationships with candidates
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in recruitment or knowledgeable within the Facilities Management sector

* A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
