An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Supervisor to join a well-established hotel and restaurant on the Isle of Wight.
This is a business that has built its reputation through warm, genuine hospitality, quality food, and consistently strong guest experiences. Operating a successful hotel, restaurant, bistro and events operation, the team are now looking to strengthen their front-of-house leadership structure.
This role would suit an experienced Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
The Role
Working closely with the management team, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations, ensuring guests receive professional, welcoming and memorable service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading shifts across restaurant, bar and hotel operations
* Supporting and developing junior front-of-house team members
* Delivering warm, attentive and genuine hospitality
* Assisting with guest relations and resolving issues professionally
* Maintaining service standards and operational consistency
* Supporting management with daily organisation and team communication
* Helping create a positive and supportive working culture

The Ideal Candidate
* Current Front of House Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress
* Experience within quality hotels, restaurants or hospitality venues
* Strong guest service skills and natural leadership ability
* Calm, organised and professional under pressure
* Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
* Keen to progress into Assistant Manager level in the future

* £28,000–£32,000 salary depending on experience
