Salary: £33,054 per annum + monthly attendance bonus

At Hightown, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, which provides accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.
About the Scheme
Our team delivers trauma-informed, person-centred support, helping the people we support access the services they need - from securing move-on accommodation and claiming benefits, to accessing counselling and specialist support for substance misuse.

What You Will Be Doing
As Scheme Manager, you will:
Lead and support a dedicated team
Oversee the delivery of high-quality support and advice
Ensure individuals can access and maintain safe, secure housing
Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and inclusion
What We Are Looking For
You will bring:
Knowledge of homelessness legislation, housing law, and the Equalities Act
Understanding of the complex challenges faced by homeless individuals
Experience working in homelessness services
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong IT and administrative skills
Full UK Driving Licence
