We’re hiring a Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team on a 10-month fixed-term contract starting in June.
This role sits at the intersection of messaging, content creation, and AI-enabled marketing execution.
We operate in an AI-first environment using tools such as Lovable and Claude to accelerate content production, alongside design tools like Canva.
This is not a traditional “content production” role. We’re looking for someone who can think clearly about messaging, adapt content across audiences, and use AI as an accelerator, not a replacement for judgement.
What you'll be doing:
* Creating SEO-optimised blog content across multiple themes and ICPs
* Translating core messaging into multiple formats (blogs, LinkedIn, sales enablement, webinar content)
* Supporting sales teams with clear, usable content assets
* Creating social and marketing assets in Canva
* Using AI tools to support ideation, drafting, and iteration
* Ensuring consistency across evolving messaging frameworks
What we're looking for:
Must-have:
* Strong writing ability (clear, structured, and purposeful - not fluffy)
* Ability to understand and adapt messaging for different audiences
* Exceptional Canva skills and strong attention to detail
* Comfort using AI tools in real workflows
* Strong attention to detail and self-editing ability
* Ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into structured content
Nice-to-have:
* SEO content experience
* Startup environment exposure
* Video creation and editing skills
* Multi-channel content experience
This role is NOT:
* A senior brand strategist role
* A purely creative copywriting role
* A passive content production role
This is a hands-on, AI-enabled content execution and messaging role in a fast-moving team.
Interview process:
* CV screening
* 30-minute interview (messaging + thinking)
* 1-hour timed content task
* Final interview with CEO (culture + working style fit)
