🎯 The Role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to help build, optimise, and scale the operational backbone of Fanvue. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our teams run efficiently, processes are refined, and we stay on top of key business metrics as we continue to grow rapidly.
This is a highly impactful, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and turning chaos into clarity. You’ll be at the centre of operations — driving accountability, efficiency, and performance across the company.
🚀 What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth execution.
* Lead and support recruitment and people operations: manage hiring pipelines, onboarding, and team performance tracking.
* Refine and manage SOPs, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across departments.
* Maintain and update dashboards to track company performance, KPIs, and team progress.
* Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, identifying trends and addressing discrepancies.
* Manage commission tracking and ensure accuracy in payroll coordination.
* Resolve operational and technical challenges quickly — implementing scalable, long-term solutions.
* Partner with leadership to deliver on key initiatives, budgets, and reporting.
* Act as a key operational connector across teams, ensuring clarity and accountability in every process.
👀 Who You Are
* 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or business management, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Analytical thinker with strong data skills — confident using dashboards, reports, and financial tracking tools.
* Excellent communicator who builds alignment across teams and functions.
* Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Tech-savvy and confident with modern workflow tools and automation platforms.
* Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes.
