Role Description
This is a remote contract position for a Fractional self-employed SDR/BDR (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative). The role involves identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and building relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting strategies, lead qualification, fostering communication with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving growth objectives. The candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely while making a direct impact on the success of clients' revenue operations.
Qualifications
* Registered self-employed, able to work on a contract basis.
* Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and manage opportunities.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
* Experience in Sales and Business Development with a focus on creating growth opportunities.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of sales tools and CRM software is a must - i.e. dialling technologies, email and LinkedIn sequencing tools.
* Experience in working with start-ups or growth-oriented businesses.
