Job Description
Operating within a fast-paced environment, this permanent full-time role is based in Northern Ireland and is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively while providing a first‑class service to our customers. The role focuses on Response Repair Services and Void Works, including surveying, fault finding, roofing repairs and general joinery works.

Key Responsibilities
* 1st and 2nd fix duties including ironmongery repairs, kitchen install, all types of door installation and glazing.
* Working on void and tenanted properties.
* Collaborating with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants.
* Working under the instruction of the site supervisor to meet the needs of clients and tenants.
* Observing the highest levels of health and safety, using appropriate safety equipment of the client.
* Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
* Accurately completing and promptly submitting site- or company documentation electronically or on paper as required by the contract.
* Performing the job in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Performing any other duties reasonably required from time to time.
Essential Requirements
* Be time served or appropriately qualified and able to demonstrate relevant experience.
* 1st& 2nd fix joinery experience.
* High level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
* Valid CSR Card.
* Availability for out‑of‑hours callouts on a rotational basis.
* Full driving licence.
Preferred
* Experience in the social housing sector.
* Working at heights harness training.
* Good communication skills to meet and deal with customers.
* PVC floor and ceramic wall tiling experience.
* Able to use a PDA, smartphone or mobile working device.
Skills
Be time served or appropriately qualified 1st & 2nd fix joinery, Valid CSR Card.
