Overview
Endoscopy Booking Clerks – 1 x 30.5 hours. Part-time, Band 3. Permanent.
You will join the Endoscopy team within Glan Clwyd Hospital and work alongside nursing staff, Doctors, the public, management and staff from internal and external sources through provision of clerical duties. High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise. You will have experience in an administrative role, preferably working with the public, and be competent in IT in the workplace. Attention to detail and accurate data capture are paramount. Welsh language skills need to be learnt when appointed to the post.
Main duties
