About the Role
A growing fashion and sportswear brand is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team. This digital-first role focuses on producing high-impact visual content for product launches, social campaigns, athlete collaborations, and e-commerce platforms.
This position suits a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands trend-led design, and can deliver clean, modern visuals.
Key Responsibilities
* Create digital assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), paid ads, email campaigns and web banners.
* Support product launches with graphics, motion assets and campaign visuals.
* Contribute to athlete partnership content and ambassador storytelling.
* Prepare e-commerce assets including product imagery, PDP graphics and promotional banners.
* Work closely with senior creatives to maintain brand consistency.
* Stay informed on design, lifestyle and sports culture trends.
Requirements
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
* Basic experience with motion/video (After Effects or Premiere).
* Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
* Highly organised with good time management.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate and communicate new ideas.
* Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
* Interest in fashion, sportswear and contemporary design.
