Contract & Locations
We've just launched a brand-new, long-term funded contract and are now looking to hire a number of Employment Advisors. We are recruiting for roles in Brent, Ealing, and Hillingdon.
Key Responsibilities
* Be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist and work in the community to support people with health conditions or disabilities back into employment.
* Hot‑desk across partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts.
* Manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working closely with employers to create the right opportunities.
Training & Support
Full training is provided through a mix of online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and hands‑on guidance from your Team Leader in the community. Ongoing support is also available.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous Employment Advisor experience or experience in a sales‑focused role (e.g., recruitment or B2B sales).
* Experience supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals.
* Graduates with relevant experience (paid or voluntary) are also welcome to apply.
Working Environment
* High‑risk environment when working with vulnerable individuals.
* Managing own diary, working to targets, and juggling multiple priorities.
* Robust check‑in systems are in place to ensure safety during lone working.
Hours & Location
Permanent, full‑time, community‑based role (no home working). Must currently live within easy reach of either Ealing, Hillingdon or Brent (within an hour). Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm.
Start Date
If successful at interview, you would be expected to start around 4 weeks from offer, with some flexibility around notice period.
