Responsibilities

Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients within the not‑for‑profit sector, managing a team of auditors, collaborating with Partners, Directors and Managers, and taking on extra responsibilities within a supportive and approachable environment.


Qualifications

* A tangible passion for audit and/or the charities, non‑profit and social purpose sector that inspires those around you.
* The ability to act as a role model, setting an admirable example that our firm’s talented trainees can aspire to.
* Tangible drive for delivering exceptional client service that adds value, underpinned by brilliant relationships you’ve fostered with your clients.
* Aptitude in engaging with ‘the bigger picture’, promoting innovation, nurturing talent, improving culture and motivating others.
* Excellent team working competencies. Working collaboratively with others while supporting your colleagues in a myriad of ways is crucial.
