*Salary:* £30,000 – £32,000 per year (DOE)
*About the Role*
We are looking for a talented and motivated *Chef de Partie* to join the kitchen team at Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa, a beautiful country house hotel set in the Suffolk countryside.
You will take responsibility for running a section of the kitchen, delivering consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service across our restaurant, weddings, and events. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie looking to develop within a professional, supportive brigade.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Run and manage your own kitchen section during prep and service
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Ensure mise en place is organised, efficient, and service-ready
* Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef across restaurant, weddings, and events
* Support and guide junior kitchen team members
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
*About You*
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Ideally some *pastry experience*
* Passion for fresh, seasonal food and high hospitality standards
* Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* A positive team player with a willingness to learn and progress
* Level 2 Food Safety (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
