The Senior Carer plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to Residents within the Care Home. This position involves taking on additional responsibilities, including supervising and guiding care staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The Senior Carer is an integral part of the care team, contributing to the overall wellbeing and satisfaction of Residents.

1. Assist in the provision of care.
2. Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members.
3. Ensure Residents retain their dignity and individuality.
