We’re supporting a respected organisation in their search for an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor. This role offers the chance to provide broad commercial support across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial projects, while also contributing expertise to more complex commercial matters when required. The Role: You will work across the full spectrum of commercial duties, including cost management, contract administration, reporting, and supporting project teams with day-to-day commercial delivery. Additionally, you will assist with loss and expense claims, particularly where cases require detailed analysis and structured commercial reasoning.
