Wandle Learning Trust are looking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant to work 30 hours per week, term time only at Grovelands Community Primary School. We are looking to recruit an energetic, patient and caring individual who has a passion for working with and supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Grovelands Community Primary School is looking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant to join our High Needs Facility for Autism to support a child with a hearing impairment. The successful applicant will ideally have Level One British Sign Language (BSL) or is actively training towards this and is willing to undertake the Level 2 BSL.
The successful candidate should be prepared to work hard, be a positive and productive member of the staff team and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. We expect the most from our pupils so a candidate that has high expectations; has evidence of quality practice; will make learning fun and has a genuine belief that all children have the potential for success would be ideally suited to this post.
