Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
* Monitor and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value for money.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
* Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
* Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.
* Provide guidance and training to team members on procurement best practices.
* Prepare reports on procurement performance for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement Lead should have:
* Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the not-for-profit or public sector.
* Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
* Excellent analytical skills to evaluate procurement data and identify opportunities.
* Experience collaborating with internal teams to meet organisational needs.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
