We’re looking for an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee our stores, elevate brand standards, and drive commercial success through data-led decision-making and exceptional team development.
The Role:
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
* Champion brand consistency and premium presentation across all locations.
* Support store teams in delivering clean, trend-led visual merchandising that speaks to our target customer.
* Regularly audit stores to ensure visual standards, store layouts, and promotional setups are executed flawlessly.
Store Performance & Data Insight
* Build and monitor daily trading data to understand footfall, conversion, UPT, and ATV across your region.
* Use performance data to identify opportunities, challenge underperformance, and celebrate success.
* Report regularly on trends and support the wider retail strategy with accurate insights.
People Leadership & Development
* Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Store Managers to achieve excellence in service, style advice, and operational efficiency.
* Deliver in-store training on brand values, product knowledge, and styling techniques.
* Foster a performance culture where teams feel empowered, engaged, and driven to deliver results.
Range Planning & Product Execution
* Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to tailor regional ranges that reflect local demographics and sales trends.
* Ensure bestsellers are replenished, size availability is maximised, and slow movers are addressed with appropriate action.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven multi-site management experience in fashion retail – ideally menswear or premium apparel.
* A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of the modern male customer.
* Commercial awareness and experience using store data to drive decisions.
* Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
* Confident leadership, with the ability to develop and motivate diverse store teams.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly.
