FINANCE CLERK APPRENTICE - Start Date: 01/01/2026 - Fixed-Term (duration of apprenticeship)
Employer: The Sovereign Trust - to work across all academies in the Trust
Location: Manor Academy, Manor Avenue, Sale M33 5JX | Full-Time, 36.25 hours per week, all year round
Apprenticeship wage: in line with national standards. Pension: Local government pension scheme, including a generous employer contribution.

Our Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust previously expanding, now with five academies and one further education college and plans for future growth. This role will operate within the central finance team, delivering finance support to all academies and helping to set up new processes and efficiencies. We aim to be a Centre of Excellence for Learning and Development and provide a supportive environment with training opportunities and mentoring.
Purpose of the role
The main purpose of the role will be to:
* Provide administrative support to the finance team
* Facilitate order processing
* Maintain accurate financial records
As part of the role, an AAT qualification apprenticeship will be undertaken.
