Salary: £34,000 - 34,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience in IT or telecoms support, ideally with VoIP or 3CX systems. Working knowledge of SIP, firewalls, NAT, and general networking principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Professional and confident when dealing with customers and partners. A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a desire to keep learning and developing. Hands-on experience with 3CX or similar systems such as Gamma Horizon, Yeastar, or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing would be a strong advantage. Responsibilities: Provide technical support via email and phone for both direct customers and reseller partners. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with 3CX, SIP trunks, hosted PBX systems, and related services. Use remote tools and diagnostics to assist customers efficiently and reduce downtime. Manage support tickets via our helpdesk system and ensure timely, accurate updates. Maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases. Assist with new system deployments, upgrades, and migrations. Participate in the on-call rota for urgent out-of-hours issues (P1 incidents only).
