Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias) – Multiple Vacancies | Days & Rotating Shifts AvailableWe are currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Engineers to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business. Shift Options Days-Based Role:Rotating weekly: 06:00 – 14:30 & 10:00 – 18:30No night shiftsOptional weekend overtime availableRotating Shifts Role:Mornings & afternoons (shift allowance applicable)The Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems.? Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceFault find on electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors and production machineryDiagnose and troubleshoot faults, including PLC-related issuesMaintain and repair plant equipment to minimise downtimeFollow up on issues identified during maintenance inspectionsTake ownership of your area and drive improvements in maintenance KPIsWork closely with operations to deliver a strong, service-focused engineering functionEnsure tools and equipment are maintained safely and effectivelyAdhere to all Health & Safety and company proceduresAbout You Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (essential)Electrically or mechanically biased with strong fault-finding skillsExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to work under pressure and use initiativeStrong teamwork and problem-solving skillsDesirable:18th Edition Wiring RegulationsPLC fault-finding experienceWelding or fabrication experienceWhy Apply?
