Exciting opportunity for a Demand Generation Specialist to join a rapidly growing SaaS business, helping to shape and deliver their marketing strategy as they continue their expansion across the UK and beyond.
Working within a dynamic marketing and sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing existing opportunities, and building a robust sales pipeline through targeted inbound and outbound activity. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, optimise, and drive measurable impact while working closely with cross-functional teams to align on growth objectives.
Key Skills / Experience:
* Proven experience delivering multi-channel demand generation campaigns with measurable pipeline impact (3+ years).
* Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
* Track record of lead nurturing workflows and campaign optimisation.
* Background in HR/Payroll or enterprise software marketing (advantageous).
* Excellent collaboration skills with a commercial and results-focused mindset.
