Salary: £4,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Experience working with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment, ideally Epicor Strong SQL skills and solid data understanding Ability to understand business processes and improve them through systems Comfortable working directly with users across the business, from shopfloor to management Practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on business improvement, not just technical delivery Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus Experience with Crystal, SSRS, or BoldReports reporting is a plus Experience with Power BI, Fabric, or data modelling is a plus Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is a plus Experience with APIs and integrations is a plus Exposure to manufacturing data such as WIP, MRP, MES, or IoT is a plus Responsibilities: Own and develop our Epicor ERP system, including configuration, data, processes, and improvements Work with production, planning, and finance teams to identify inefficiencies and resolve them Build and maintain SQL queries, BAQs, and datasets to support business needs Improve data quality, structure, and consistency across our ERP system Develop integrations between Epicor and other systems using APIs and connectors Create dashboards in Power BI and reports that support operational decision-making Deliver automation using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, where it adds value Support continuous improvement initiatives across the factory, including WIP flow, bottlenecks, and planning Technologies: ERP Fabric Flow IoT Support Power BI SQL API More: We are looking for an ERP Systems Engineer to take ownership of our Epicor ERP system and help improve how it supports our manufacturing operations.
