Responsibilities
The role oversees the full commercial management of projects, from contract review and subcontract procurement to valuations, cost reporting and final accounts.
The role ensures accurate financial control, timely certification, strong client relationships and proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
They support the wider team, uphold professional standards, and contribute to securing future work while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.
Qualifications
* Degree or NVQ in Quantity Surveying
* CSCS Card
* Experienced in earthworks projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem‑solving skills
* Basic computer literacy (email, etc.)
* Knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts
* Chartered Member of RICS / CIOB
* Experience working as a subcontractor
