Senior National Account Manager £75,000–£85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Are you an experienced National Account Manager ready to step into a high-impact SNAM role managing some of the UK’s most strategically important grocery retail accounts?
This is a rare opportunity to join a vertically integrated, fast-growing food manufacturer supplying both retail and major foodservice brands. You’ll take ownership of major retail relationships, including the company’s largest grocery customer and additional high-growth ecommerce and top-4 accounts. With a mix of own label and branded responsibility, you’ll be instrumental in shaping long-term customer strategy, delivering JBP plans, and driving profitable growth across a sizeable P&L.
You’ll also lead and develop a National Account Executive, acting as a key senior figure within the commercial team.
Own full P&L responsibility across a significant retail portfolio.
Deliver long-term growth plans across own label and branded ranges.
Strengthen and modernise customer relationships, particularly within top-4 retail.
Lead commercial negotiations, JBPs, forecasting and promotional planning.
Drive visibility, execution and category performance in partnership with retailers.
Launch new and seasonal products into customer accounts.
Coach and develop a National Account Executive.
Major UK retailer account management at NAM/SNAM level.
Strong commercial delivery with top-4 grocery customers.
Own label + branded experience within FMCG/food manufacturing.
Confidence managing high NSV accounts and complex supply chains.
