Join CVH Spirits to drive growth and deliver strategic imperatives across key Global Travel Retail channels. As Account Manager, you'll represent our premium portfolio in Ferries, Cruise and UK Airports (with scope to expand based on your experience.) You'll champion value over volume, build equity with distribution partners, and explore new market opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity with full P&L responsibility, and the chance to shape how CVH Spirits shows up globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial strategy and execution across designated GTR channels
* Deliver revenue, margin, volume, and distribution targets
* Build long-term partnerships with agents, retailers, and stakeholders
* Align customer plans with global marketing initiatives
* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
* Work closely with wider commercial team and internal customers for improvements on efficiencies
* Manage budgets, A&P spend, and ensure profitability
* Ensure adherence to company policies, system and practices
* Represent CVH as a brand ambassador in all markets
What we’re looking for:
* A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and tenacity
* Proven experience in GTR channels and established industry relationships
* Skilled negotiator and influencer with a proactive approach to account management
* Passionate about premium spirits and brand storytelling
* Entrepreneurial, resilient, and driven to succeed in dynamic markets
* Full Clean Drivers Licence
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* SAP advantageous but not required
